For us, diversity matters. It includes but goes beyond race, gender, sexuality, age, religion and disability. We believe that diversity encourages creativity and innovation, and creates an environment where people can thrive.

Different interests and backgrounds bring our firm to life. Not everyone here has a traditional law background. Some arrive via a completely different route and many of our trainees are people who have made a career change. This uniquely diverse culture leads to a positive, dynamic working environment and contributes to our successful client relationships.
